Those who can buy dollars (those who give money and receive dollars)…
Up to 10 thousand dollars from any individual or organization!
You can buy as many dollars as you can with a customs declaration (from those who provide proof that the dollars you brought in with cash from abroad have been registered)!
Those who can sell dollars (those who receive silver and give dollars)
They can sell up to $5K to private travelers who provide the necessary travel documents (eg visas) to go abroad!
They can sell for up to $10K to business travelers (maybe importers)!
